Ingredients

200 g black olives, pitted

3 tbsp olive oil

8 anchovies filets

2 tbsp capers

1 tbsp mustard

1/2 lemon, juiced

a pinch black pepper

Step by step

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar of a food processor.

  2. Mix on speed 2 for 30 seconds.

  3. Tapenade should still have small chunks and be somewhat coarse.

  4. Enjoy on a toast, with bread or crackers.
