40 g carrots
30 g cashew nut butter
30 g rolled oats
7 g almonds
1 dates (pitted)
Step by step
Peel the carrots and cut them in big pieces. Place them in the food processor fitted with multipurpose stainless steal blade.
Chop the carrots by mixing them on speed 2.
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix on speed 2 until sticky dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls. Keep the balls refrigerated.
