Perfectly sweet banana bread enjoyed with chocolate chips is an American classic.

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
250 g all-purpose flour
10 g baking powder
100 g brown sugar
130 g butter, melted
120 g chocolate chips
Step by step
Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces. Put them into the bowl of the stand mixer fitted with the Flex Edge Beater and puree the bananas on speed 2 for 1 minute.
Add the eggs and mix again for 1 minute on speed 2.
Add the flour, baking powder, sugar and melted butter and beat for 2 minutes.
When the batter is smooth, add chocolate chips and mix until just incorporated.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Optional: Peel an extra banana and cut it lengthwise. Place on top of the batter.
Bake for 1 hour at 180°C in a preheated oven. Let cool before removing from the pan.
