Ingredients

2 oranges 

50 g caster sugar 

100 g fresh cranberries 

1 camembert cheese

3 sprigs rosemary

Step by step

  1. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice into a small saucepan. Add the sugar and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  2. Add the cranberries and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let simmer until the cranberries are popped open.

  3. Add the cranberries to the jug of the blender. Mix on speed 6 for 2 minutes.

  4. Unwrap the Camembert and put it back into the box.

  5. Make some slits in the top and put sprigs of rosemary in.

  6. Bake the Camembert for 15 minutes in a 200ºC preheated oven.

  7. Serve the cranberry sauce over the baked Camembert.
