Iced Matcha Latte
Refreshing, creamy drink for matcha lovers!

Ingredients
600 ml water
18 g matcha green powder, sifted
12 large ice cubes
6 tbsp agave syrup
900 ml milk (or alternative)
Step by step
Boil the water in the KitchenAid Kettle to 80°C.
For 1 matcha drink, place 3 g of sifted matcha green powder in a bowl and add 100 ml of 80°C water.
Using a bamboo whisk, whisk the matcha briskly back and forth in a straight line for about 30 seconds. Do not touch the edges of the bowl while whisking.
Place 2 large ice cubes in each glass. Add the matcha and agave syrup. Finish with adding 150 ml of milk per glass. Serve immediately.
