250 g mango
40 ml fresh orange juice
1/2 garlic clove
chili pepper
1/4 tsp salt
40 ml rice vinegar
40 ml olive oil
40 ml water
1 handful fresh chives
Step by step
Add all the ingredients in the jug of the KitchenAid blender and blend on speed 5 until smooth.
Serve immediately or keep in airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
