Healthy homemade fruit rolls that only need 2 ingredients and a little bit of patience.

2 mangoes
2 tbsp honey
Step by step
Peel and roughly chop 2 mangos. Place them into the jug of the K150 blender and add the honey.
Mix on speed 3 until a smooth puree forms.
Spread the puree over a large silicone baking mat and bake for 8 hours on 60°C. After 6 hours check every 30 minutes. The mixture should feel dry but still a little sticky to the touch.
Cut the large sheet into 3 cm wide strips and roll up in between a strip of baking paper. Store in an airtight container.
