Pico de gallo: tomato jalapeno salsa

Make this delicious homemade tomato salsa for your next party.
Ingredients
garlic
jalapeño pepper
red onion
tomatoes
fresh cilantro
lime
salt
Step by step
Roughly chop the garlic, red onion and jalapeño pepper.
Add them to the Food Processor fitted with a multi-purpose blade. Pulse 3 times until the they are finely chopped.
Roughly chop the tomatoes and add to the Food Processor. Pulse until there are no large chunks left.
Add a handful of cilantro leaves, squeeze out the juice of a lime and add the salt. Pulse again for 5 seconds.
Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge.
