Enjoy a delicious berry jam without all the sugar. Chia seeds ensure the jam sets nicely when cooled.

Ingredients
500 g berries, fresh or frozen
1/2 lemon
50 g chia seeds
Step by step
Add the soft fruit and fresh lemon juice to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Lower to a simmer and add the chia seeds. Cook for 10 minutes. Transfer to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the Pastry Beater. Mix on speed 1 until there are no large chunks left.
Fill the sterilized jars to the brim with the jam mixture, secure with lid and turn upside down until completely cooled.
Once the jam is cooled, you can store the jars standing up. Serve on toast, in yogurt or as a topping on oatmeal
