How long do I have to exchange an online purchased product?
If you're not satisfied with the product you received because it is faulty or incorrect, you can return it to us for exchange. See the timings...
We want to guarantee the total satisfaction of our customers. If you received a faulty or wrong product, you may return the delivered items to exchange for a replacement product within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. (TBC in light of new legislation above).
IMPORTANT FOR UK CUSTOMERS: EXCHANGE is not possible anymore. Please contact our customer service to arrange a refund.

NOTE about exchanges
We are only able to exchange or replace products which are incorrect or faulty. If you have simply changed your mind or would like to choose a different product, then you are welcome to return your item to us for refund, and then purchase the preferred new one.
